Human Resources Management
Its objective is to comprehensively address the various aspects of administration, income, permanence and development of the University's personnel, in a work context that allows improving work performance. The above in accordance with the objectives, policies and availability of resources of the institution.
To fulfill its functions, it is organized into the following units:
Personnel department
Performs administrative functions to maintain an integrated data and background system for all University officials. This system will refer to the contractual and official status of all the institution's personnel. In addition, it is responsible for managing the remuneration settlement process, in accordance with the legal and regulatory standards in force in the corporation.

Staff Welfare Department
It is the unit in charge of attending to the execution and control of social assistance programs, economic benefits and recreational-cultural activities, aimed at providing well-being to University personnel. The operation and development of this department will be determined by the policies defined by the Board of Directors of the Welfare Service, an autonomous body established by regulations and laws in force, within the framework of institutional policies.

Risk Prevention Department
Its purpose is to plan, organize, execute, supervise, advise and promote permanent actions to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases. Its functions are framed in the provisions established in Law No. 16.744 on work accidents and occupational diseases and its modifications.
People Development Department
It corresponds to the auxiliary unit that is assigned the function of contributing to the personal and professional development of University officials.
