Said instance had the objective of strengthening curricular management skills from activities based on situations typical of the context of the ULS.

Within the framework of the 2020 activities of the Curriculum Management Area of ​​the Teaching Improvement Unit, Directors and Coordinators met at the Irma Salas Library to attend the workshop "Leadership in the Management of Renewed Curricula".

teaching workshop2Said instance had the objective of strengthening curricular management skills from activities based on situations typical of the context of the University of La Serena and was led by the psychologist and Senior Ontological coach, Carlos Díaz Lastreto.

In this regard, Carlos Díaz, pointed out that "this instance is necessary for those who need to know how to lead, motivate and talk with their teachers, so that they join the new practices and carry out their academic activities effectively, with motivation and commitment" .

In the same way, Díaz invited the other Directors and Coordinators to participate in the next session of the workshop. “I would like to invite all those who need it to attend the next workshop so that they can see the possibilities that this opens up for them, in relation to resources, skills and strengthening of networks within the University.”

This space for motivation, disposition and encouragement for School/Career Directors and Career Coordinators, gave them the opportunity to share experiences and generate support among themselves.
