The University Selection Tests will be taken on January 6 and 7, 2020 and their results will be published on Tuesday, January 28. From that day until January 31, there will be the application stage, while registration will take place during the first half of March 2020.

After the modifications to the delivery date of the University Selection Tests (PSU), due to the current social and political situation in the country, the Council of Rectors of Chilean Universities (CRUCH) confirmed the new calendar of the 2020 Admission Process .

The dates were defined jointly by the CRUCH, the Ministry of Education and the Department of Evaluation, Measurement and Educational Registration (DEMRE) of the University of Chile, so that the students can take the tests in a context of greater tranquility. and have the possibility of traveling to the surrender locations chosen by them without difficulties.

Likewise, this new programming adjusts the application, selection and enrollment stages with the requirements of the universities, reconciling the deadlines of their academic calendars with the security and confidence with which the results of the admission process must be reviewed and delivered.

As announced during November, on Monday, January 6, the PSU of Language and Communication will be taken, at 9.00:14 a.m., and the optional Science test, from 30:7 p.m. On Tuesday, January 09, it will be the turn of the PSU Mathematics (00:14 a.m.) and the optional test of History, Geography and Social Sciences (30:XNUMX p.m.).

Subsequently, on Tuesday, January 28, at 08.00:XNUMX a.m., the results of the PSUs will be published on the Applicant Portal (https://psu.demre.cl/). That same day, Tuesday, January 28, at 09.00:41 a.m., the application stage for the courses offered by the 18.00 universities that make up the Single Admission System (SUA) will begin. This process will last until 31:XNUMX p.m. on Friday, January XNUMX.

The results of applications and student selection will be known on March 2, on the Applicant Portal and on the websites of the institutions attached to the SUA. Meanwhile, the first stage of registration will take place from March 3 to 5 and the second will take place between March 6 and 12; while the withdrawal period will extend between March 3 and 12, 2020.
