The ULS 1402 Improvement Plan called: “Strengthening the Teaching Improvement Unit of the University of La Serena through the creation and implementation of the Innovation and Transfer area in learning, teaching and curricular management: a systemic improvement in the Curricular Innovation process ”, arises from the detection of the need to effectively implement the curricular redesign; For this purpose, it has created a new area in the Teaching Improvement Unit, dependent on the Teaching Directorate of our University, whose objective is to accompany the implementation of curricular innovation, focusing on three actors in the training process: students, teachers and directors. of school.

The PM has planned to accompany nine redesigned/innovated programs of the institution in this implementation, allowing the learning achieved to be systematized, experiences shared, and capabilities installed in the participating subjects.
