The start of classes for the first semester is set for the Monday 16 in March.

This Monday 2 of March the University of La Serena resumed its administrative activities after the summer break that ended on Friday 27 in February.

According to the Academic Calendar corresponding to the 2015 year, the 09 Monday in March will continue with the registration and registration of subjects of the first semester of 2015. Also from the 09 to Friday 13 of this month is planned the teaching activities of the first academic semester of 2015 and the induction to university life of the new students.

The start of classes for the first semester is set for the 16 Monday in March and the 2015 Academic Year will be inaugurated on the 20 Friday in March, the same day that the enrollment of the first semester subjects ends.

The 10 of April is the last day to request the Postponement of Studies of the First Semester 2015 and the 24 the last day to request resignation to enrolled subjects (semi-annual and annual regime).

For its part, the 03 of July is scheduled the term of classes of the first semester of 2015. The exam period of the first semester in subjects of semester regime will be developed from 06 to 17 of the same month, and the 10 of July is scheduled the term of classes of the first semester 2015 in subjects of annual regime and the beginning of the student recess of winter in subjects of annual regime.

The 24 day in July is the last day to deliver the Report Cards, the Winter Student Break for students with semester programs begins, and the first semester 2015 ends.
