Last Monday, November 8, students of Differential Education from the University of La Serena met with three authors of the book “Inclusion in life and school: Pedagogy with a human sense.” The activity carried out by the La Serena University Publishing House allowed researchers and students to share their points of view.

On this occasion, the guests were doctors Silvia López de Maturana, María Teresa Juliá and Georgina García, with the participation of academic Mónica Rengifo and Alejandro Abufom, who shared a dialogue full of new questions and challenges, where the students had a leading role. , which was highlighted by the editor and compiler of the book Silvia López de Maturana, pointing out that “it demonstrates the pedagogical work on critical thinking that is being developed in education courses at the ULS.”

Alejandro Abufom, in charge of the ULS Publishing House, who moderated the activity, noted that "this third chapter of "books improve life", had a great participation of the students, who gave their opinions and asked questions, showing how the book is a point of departure and at the same time of meeting, for a stimulating open conversation between the authors and researchers, the students of our University.”
