The end of the semester will occur once the exams have been completed and the corresponding report cards have been delivered.

After a semester in remote mode marked by the Covid-19 pandemic, the University of La Serena will end its first semester of the academic year on September 08. It should be noted that the teachers, in addition to the students, had to modify their teaching to carry out classes and services remotely, through the institutional platforms Phoenix and Moodle, as well as tools such as Google Meet, Classroom and Zoom.

According to the academic calendar available on the Teaching Directorate's website, starting on September 10, students must register subjects in order to begin the second semester on September 21, after the National Holidays break.
