This plan is an annual program that was prepared based on the survey carried out in January 2018.

In an extraordinary meeting, the Bipartite Training Committee and the Human Resources Department of the University of La Serena decided to reschedule the training scheduled for this last semester of the year, in such a way as to give all officials the opportunity to participate in said courses.

In this regard, Pablo Sánchez, president of the Bipartite Training Committee, highlighted that "the mobilizations generated a significant delay in carrying out the plan; however, the Human Resources area has made a significant effort to maintain all the committed offer, the which will be executed in this last semester.In this sense, as a Committee, we have met to support the diffusion and logistics that allow to facilitate the information for all the officials of our University”.

In addition, the professional took the opportunity to "invite officials to participate in said training, reminding them that they are free opportunities for staff, where our institution gives them the chance to improve their job skills."
