Encouraging healthy living, knowing oneself and putting into practice skills that will help in any situation is the objective of the courses taught to University students.

In order to provide new tools and techniques for body expression, relaxation and stress management and use them in the daily life of different professionals, the Graduate Monitoring Office of the University of La Serena has carried out skills workshops for life, seeking to strengthen the interpersonal relationships of students, graduates and graduates, as well as improve their emotional intelligence and social skills.

This process, which also seeks the physical, emotional, cognitive and affective-social development and integration of the students, aims to invite students who are pursuing a degree to be active participants in these meetings that, in turn, go hand in hand. with the loyalty policy of the Graduate Monitoring Office.

07ose workshop2The delivery of tools and techniques is carried out through experiential workshops where students can, through music and movement - in the case of biodanza - connect with their self-awareness, allowing the integration of their emotions and expression; Also learn about self-control and introspection issues to manage stress and emotions.

Students from different majors have already benefited from these workshops, and have shown themselves to be quite grateful and interested in continuing to receive this type of help, which directly benefits their professional and personal lives.

These activities will be instances of strengthening and knowledge of the ULS community, and the professionals who are part of the Graduate Monitoring Office will be in charge of maintaining an active link through different activities, which will be surveyed to provide a real response to those who need the workshops.
